Mermaid Multihouse
Either occupant space can be occupied by a household or a studio workplace household mix.
Two slightly differently sized and planned occupations stand divided by a party wall. The innovation includes generous arcade-like outdoor spaces on either side of the party wall which inverts the convention to yield a memorable and generous outdoor space as the climate modifier, multi-purpose space.
